The site is not within a Conservation Area, the site is not within an area zoned as High Landscape or Coastal Value and Scenic Significance. - Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982 - The Isle of Man Strategic Plan (20th June 2007) ### Planning History There are no previous planning applications which are considered relevant in the assessment and determination of this application. ### Proposal The application seeks approval for the installation of uPVC casement replacement windows. ### Representations Andreas Parish Commissioners:- 4 April 2008 08/00175/B No objection The Authority has received no privately written representations objecting to the application. ## ASSESSMENT / RECOMMENDATION The property is not within a Conservation Area, neither is it a Registered Building. The proposal whilst not the preferable choice (i.e. sliding sash windows) the proposals would comply with policy.
