In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby **APPROVE** the following application made on behalf of:

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This permission relates to the removal of a chimney stack as shown in drawing number KS/01 and photograph date stamped 13th December 2007; Letter from the Department of Education Works Division dated 11th December 2007.

3. The void must be slated over using slates to match those on the existing roof.

4. The works may take place only after the end of August, and must be completed before the end of April; the roof space may not be entered other than during this period.

NOTE These requirements are necessary to avoid disturbing the bats which roost and breed within the brickwork of the stack below the roof line; the applicant is advised to consult the Wildlife and Conservation Officer of the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (tel.843109) before commencing any works. 26

This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

### Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
