In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby **APPROVE** the following application made on behalf of:

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the construction of a fire escape to replace the existing balcony which does not have approval as shown by the plans and information 06, 07 and 08 submitted and date stamped 17th December 2007.

3. The balcony which has been refused approval shall be removed and all visible signs of the fixings to walls removed and made good within 56 days of the date of this decision becoming final.

## Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
