### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the dwelling as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings 510/020, 510/034, 510/035, 510/036 and 510/037 all received on 19th December 2007.

3. Dropped kerbs shall be installed along the footway in line with the proposed access to Manor Park in compliance with Manx Roads 2.

The applicant shall contact the Network Operations Section of the Department of Transport prior to carrying out any works within the highway, including the installation of dropped kerbs. Telephone 686665.

NOTE The Chief Fire Officer recommends the installation of mains wired interconnected domestic smoke detection.

NOTE For single connections to a water main (i.e. a single dwelling) the applicant should contact the Isle of Man Water Authority Customer Services. Telephone 695949. 26

This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
