In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby **APPROVE** the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 15th February 2008, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This permission relates to the erection of a rear conservatory as shown in drawing numbers 2342/1, 2342/2, 2342/3, 2342/4, 2342/5 and photograph date stamped 20th December 2007.

3. The windows to be formed in the east facing elevation of the conservatory shall only be glazed or re-glazed with obscure glass.

4. No facing materials shall be used other than materials similar to those used on the existing building.

5. There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer. ☑

This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
