To discuss with Chairman with view to COMIN Call-In with Treasury to provide policy justification. Plans inadequate (but may be compromised by earlier approved plans). Need proper plan with levels of existing and proposed. Need to get confirmation from DoT of the proposed alignment of the Ballasalla by-pass. Ok, subject to conditions "tents only". No motor caravans or caravans. Seasonal only. Acceptable in principle. Description has to be altered, there is no "commercial" consent in planning – is it retail offices light industry.
