## Department Of Local Government And The Environment ### Memorandum To: Fiona Mullen, Senior Planning Officer From: Ian Brooks, Planning Officer Subject: Compliance with Conditions: 07/02113/B - Installation of a satellite dish and replacement windows and doors, 6 Hilary Road, Douglas. Date: 29/2/08 To consider the submission of details in accordance with Conditions 3 of Planning Permission 07/02113/B dated 20th February 2008. Condition 3 stated: "Prior to the installation of the satellite dish, details of the dish shall be submitted to and approved by the planning authority and thereafter the installation shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details." The applicant has details of the proposed satellite dish along with its dimensions. The proposed dish would not ~~excessively large~~ and will be located to the rear of the property. I consider the dish will not adversely affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area. I therefore recommend that condition 3 of the planning permission be discharged. Signed: I.
