In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby **APPROVE** the following application made on behalf of:

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to drawing no. 1080-00A date stamped the 20th November 2007 and drawing no.s 1080-01B, 1080-02G, 1080-03F and 1080-05 date stamped the 26th February 2008.

3. Prior to the commencement of development details of the positioning and specification of any required oil tank must be submitted to and agreed by the Planning Authority.

4. The proposed development must be connected to the main foul sewer.

NOTE: A Drainage Connection Fee will be payable to the Drainage Authority on this development

5. There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.

NOTE The applicant/developer is recommended to contact the Isle of Man Fire and Rescue Service to discuss the provision of appropriate fire precaution measures.

NOTE The applicant/developer is recommended to contact the Isle of Man Water Authority to discuss the provision or change of any water supply.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
