### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. This approval relates to the retention of fencing as shown by the plans and information 2147/1, 2147/2, Letter and Enforcement Photographs x 6 submitted and date stamped 20th November 2007.

NOTE Public foul sewerage crosses this site. The Department of Transport Drainage Division will organise for a CCTV survey at the relevant sections to be undertaken. In the event that the survey shows that the Public Sewer has been damaged by the installation, the applicant will be liable to any cost of repair to the public sewer

## Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
