In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby REFUSE the following application made on behalf of:

## Reason(S) For Refusal:

1. It is considered that the proposed flat roofed extension would result in an adverse impact upon the traditional appearance and design of The Old Chapel and would therefore be contrary to General Policy 2 of the Isle of Man Strategic Plan and Planning Circular 3/91.

This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Whichever is the later.
