In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby **APPROVE** the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 9th January 2008, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This permission relates to the plans annotated PD-001, PD-002, PD-003, PD-004, PD-005 and PD-006 submitted and date stamped 30th October 2007.

3. The building must be used for agricultural purposes only.

4. The roof must be dark grey or green in colour.

5. No development may commence until there has been approved by the Planning Authority a scheme of landscaping which includes indications of all existing trees and hedges within the

site and details of any to be retained together with measures for their protection during the course of construction. There must also be an indication of additional planting to the north and south of the building to provide an adequate level of screening.

All planting, seeding or turfing comprised in the approved details of landscaping must be carried out in the first planting and seeding seasons following the completion of the development. Any trees or plants which within a period of five years from the completion of the development die, are removed, or become seriously damaged or diseased must be replaced in the next planting season with others of a similar size and species.

NOTE It is recommended that in preparing the scheme of landscaping as required by Condition 5, regard is had to Planning Circular 1/93 Landscape Guidance Notes, particularly in relation to plant selection.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

### Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

- Any appeal has been determined;

Whichever is the later.
