(7) The development having been commenced
shall be carried out to completion in a
workmanlike and expeditions manner to
the satisfaction of the Planning Committee.

(9) The M.M.&N. Trust must be informed of the date
when quarrying. It is to commence and give
adequate opportunity to carry out an
archaeological excavation in the area
before any disturbance of the land occurs.
(10) All details of the siting of workings and a scheme of
landseeping must be submitted for consideration by
the Planning Committee PRIOR to the commencement
of any work on the site
