Dear Sir,

Re the above Planning Application.

My property adjoins No 8 Market Street and although I have no objection to the proposed extension, I would request that, prior to the development, great care is taken to confirm the footing depth and stability of the wall of my house, which separates both properties, as it is over 120 years old. This has caused me some concern, as the proposed distance between the new extension and my wall is less than one metre and, if the application is approved, I would be grateful if this could be pointed out to the developer.
