### Officer's Report

The proposed windows for the original building would match the windows on the front elevation which were granted planning permission (06/00602/B) on 26th May 2006. The replacement windows and door for the single storey rear extension will be of a style to the existing. I consider the proposal to be acceptable and would not adversely affect the visual amenities of the locality. I therefore recommend that planning permission be granted subject to conditions.

### Party Status

The Department of Transport and the local authority are, by virtue of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005, paragraph 6 (5) (c) and (d), considered "interested persons" and as such should be afforded party status.

The disability access office have commented on building control matters and are not material planning considerations, as such should not be afforded party status.
