### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This permission relates to the extension and alterations shown in drawings 277/1/1, -/2, -/3, -/4 and -/5 all received on 21st September, 2007.

3. The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.

4. There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.

## Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
