Item 9 -- Approval in principle for the reestablishment of habitable status - 07/01452/A - The Creggan, Tholt Y Will Road, Tholt Y Will, Sulby After discussion the Planning Committee accepted the recommendation and refused the application, for the following reasons:- 1. The re-establishment of the building on this site would represent an unwarranted development in the Island's countryside and would be contrary to both the land use provisions of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982 and General Policy 3, Environmental Policy 2, Housing Policy 12 and Housing Policy 13 (particularly with regard to sub paragraphs b) & c) in respect of an existing, usable track from the highway; and the provision of services to the site) of the Isle of Man Strategic Plan Order (20th June 2007).
