## Memomandrum To: Ian McCauley, Director of Planning and Building Control From: Ian Brooks, Planning Officer 25th October 2007 ## Compliance with Conditions: PA07/01531/B – Erection of a conservatory to south east elevation, 37 Ashberry Avenue, Douglas To consider the submission of details in accordance with Condition 3 of Planning Permission 07/01531/B dated 11th October 2007. Condition 3 states that: "Prior to the commencement of any works, there must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Authority, a scheme which shows adequate planting along the eastern boundary with 35 Ashberry Avenue to provide adequate screening." The proposed planting would appear to satisfy the above condition and would help to prevent any overlooking from occurring. I therefore recommend that condition 3 be discharged. the provision of 4 conifer trees in accordance with the details provided in the letter and drawing date-stamped 22.10.07 would satisfy the requirements of condition 3 of the approval
