In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby **APPROVE** the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 18th October 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the submitted documents and drawings 1616/1, 1616/2, 1616/3 and 1616/4 all received on 29th August 2007.

3. There must be no discharge of surface water (directly or indirectly) from this proposed development to any foul drainage system(s) so as to comply with the requirements of the Department of Transport Drainage Division and the Sewerage Act 1999.

Public sewerage crosses this site. The line of the sewer(s) must be identified before development work commences. The sewer(s) must be fully protected whilst all building works are being carried out.

4. Prior to the commencement of any works, there must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Authority, a sample of the external finish of the roof. 38

This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
