### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This permission relates to the alteration to living accommodation and the creation of a new front and rear access as shown in the location plan, site plan, WL/07/1034/1 and WL/07/1034/2 date stamped 31st August 2007.

**NOTE** The applicant is advised to consult the Fire Safety Department as the proposal falls within the scope of the Fire Precautions (Flats) Regulations 1996.

## Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
