PROPOSAL

The application proposes the alterations to windows.

## PLANNING HISTORY

The application site has been the subject of a number of previous planning applications, none of which are considered specifically material to the assessment of this current planning application.

REPRESENTATIONS

Lezayre Parish Commissioners:-
No objection

S.P.M.C. & E have no objection. The Authority has received no privately written representations objecting to the application. PLANNING POLICY

The existing dwelling is not a traditional Manx property, the property has a fairly standard design within substantial grounds, which are surround by vegetation which acts as a natural screen. The property from the public highway (A3) is completely screened, and the alterations indicated within this submission would only be apparent when visiting the property. Due to this reason and as the property is not of a traditional design, I consider the proposals would be appropriate in these locations and therefore my recommendation is for an approval.

## PARTY STATUS

It is considered that the following parties that made representations to the planning application meet the criteria of Government Circular 1/06 and should be afforded interested party status:

- Lezayre Parish Commissioners
- Department of Transport Highways Division

I consider that the following parties that made representations to the planning application do not meet the criteria of Government Circular 1/06 and should not be afforded interested party status:
