## Isle of Man Town and Country Planning Act 1999

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby **APPROVE** the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 17th November 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the submitted documents and drawings 300-01 and 300-02 all received on 18th July 2007.

3. The building must only be used for agricultural purposes.

4. The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.

5. In the event of the wind turbine erected under this approval becoming redundant they must be taken down along with all ancillary infrastructure and be removed from the site within 3 months of the cessation of use and the land restored back to agricultural use.

6. The wind turbine is to be finished with a colour coated grey colour.

NOTE If the applicant requires to connect any private generation to the Manx Electricity Authority electricity supply they must make an application to the Manx Electricity Authority as soon as possible. The implications due to the location of any such installations need early consideration and they must conform to the appropriate standards as set down for embedded generation.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

- Any appeal has been determined;

Whichever is the later.
