Also proposed is the creation of a door and window on the rear elevation in place of a window. ### Representations Rushen Commissioners indicate that they have no objection to the application. ### Assessment The full length bay is no less appropriate for the dwelling as is the existing bay and its introduction will not adversely affect the character or appearance of the property, which is a modern one and which is set back and not visible from the Glen Chass road.
