### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This permission relates to GA 1, GA 2, GA 3 and GA 4 submitted and date stamped 20th July 2007.

3. The extension must only be used for agricultural purposes.

NOTE There are Underground Cables/Overhead Lines present in the area indicated in you Planning Application. Please contact our Network Operations Department, Manx Electricity Authority, (Tel. 687687) to discuss working practices around Cables and Overhead Lines which may be required to be diverted before any work can be carried out on site.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
