Dear Mr Stanley

### PA 07/01411/B – Creation of additional vehicular access and front wall amendments to Cushlin-My-Chree – Douglas Road - Peel

Thank you for your letter dated 20 September 2007. I confirm the response of the Highways Division of the Department of Transport in respect of the above Planning Application is as follows:-

**Objection:** The proposed height of the front boundary wall and gate pillars does not permit motorists any visibility when exiting either access. Furthermore, the application is devoid of adequate visibility splay details.

**NB:** The maximum height of the front boundary wall and gate pillars should not exceed 1 metre.

Yours sincerely

Miss L Mason
Transportation Technician
