This was permitted 21st December 2005. 05/92374/B sought permission for the construction of access ramps and steps to facilitate access for the disabled. This was permitted 16th March 2006. ## Representations The Department of Transport Highways Division does not oppose the application subject to a condition relating to the installation of pedestrian barriers. The Manx Electricity Authority attaches a note regarding underground cables. Peel Town Commissioners recommend that this application be approved. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice. C 2. This permission relates to drawings SC856/P/20, SC856/P/21 and covering letter all submitted and date stamped 5th June 2007. C 3. Prior to completion, the applicant shall install a pedestrian barrier at the proposed pedestrian access points to prevent children from running straight out of the accesses into the carriageway. N 1. The applicant is advised that there are Underground Cables/Overhead Lines present in the area indicated in the planning application. Please contact Anthony Kinrade or Ian Horsey, Operations and Maintenance Department, Network Services, Manx Electricity Authority, (Tel. 687687) to discuss working practices around Cables and Overhead Lines which may be required to be diverted before any work can be carried out on site.
