Please find below the Commissioners decisions in relation to planning applications considered by them at their meeting on the 17th July 2007.

PA07 00983 Amendment to approval 06/02085/B - Mr and Mrs Lyons - Two additional windows to the rear elevation positioning of oil storage tank - Little Ballabunt, Cooil Road, Braddan

Discussion took place and it was unanimously resolved that the Commissioners had no objection to the planning application. PA07 001070 - Mr A Gubay - New flat roof and replacement of chimney to existing Boathouse and Boiler Room Discussion took place and it was unanimously resolved that the Commissioners had no objection to the planning application.

PA07 01082 Swagelok Ltd - Proposed extension to provide undercover loading facilities, and marshalling area including new entry to estate service road and extended car parking with curtilage - Ballafletcher, Tromode, Braddan IM4 4RA

Discussion took place and it was unanimously resolved that the Commissioners had no objection to the planning application.

PA07 01093 - Haldane Fisher (IoM) Ltd - Extension of existing customer/staff car parking area to provide an additional 7 spaces - Isle of Man Business Park, Cooil Road, Braddan

Discussion took place and it was unanimously resolved that the Commissioners had no objection to the planning application.

Discussion took place and it was unanimously resolved that the Commissioners had no objection to the planning application.

Discussion took place and it was unanimously resolved that the Commissioners had no objection to the planning application.

PA07 01165 - C W Walker - Retention of amendments to approved extension (PA06/001528B including raised roof line, red brick to garage pillars and shorter canopy to front elevation - 62 Ballanawin, Strang, Braddan.
