The property is a detached two storey dwelling located on a corner site. #### Planning Status The proposal site is identified as being located within an area of ‘Predominantly Residential Use’ in the 1982 Development Plan 1982. #### Planning History There are no previous planning applications considered relevant to this proposal. #### The Proposal The proposal seeks permission for the removal of the existing kitchen window located on the ground floor of the rear elevation, and its replacement with double doors. The proposed doors are to be glazed and of hardwood construction.
