The area is currently used to store bins. The enclosure will be constructed out of natural stone to match the church. I consider the proposal will not adversely affect the setting of the church and nor would impact significantly the visual amenities of the locality. This permission relates to the erection of an oil tank/bin enclosure as shown in drawing numbers 00956/1, 00956/2 and 00956/3 date stamped 17th May 2007. C 3. The exterior stonework must be of a traditional nature. NOTE: Split stone on a backing render is not acceptable as an external finish. N 1. This permission does not grant a planning permission for the installation of an oil tank within the enclosure. You are advised to submit a separate application for the installation of an oil tank.
