# Officer Planning Report

## Planning Report And Recommendations [Table omitted in markdown export] [Table omitted in markdown export] [Table omitted in markdown export] [Table omitted in markdown export] ### Considerations ### Written Representations ### Consultations

### Officer's Report

The proposal is to erect an oil tank/bin enclosure next to St Georges Church. The area is currently used to store bins. The enclosure will be constructed out of natural stone to match the church. I consider the proposal will not adversely affect the setting of the church and nor would impact significantly the visual amenities of the locality. I therefore recommend that planning permission be granted subject to conditions.

### Recommendation

Date of Recommendation: 28.06.2007

### Conditions and Notes for Approval / Reasons and Notes for Refusal

NOTE: Split stone on a backing render is not acceptable as an external finish.

N 1. This permission does not grant a planning permission for the installation of an oil tank within the enclosure. You are advised to submit a separate application for the installation of an oil tank.
