In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby **APPROVE** the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 2nd July 2007, subject to compliance with the **conditions** specified below.

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This permission relates to the erection of an oil tank/bin enclosure as shown in drawing numbers 00956/1, 00956/2 and 00956/3 date stamped 17th May 2007.

3. The exterior stonework must be of a traditional nature.

**NOTE:** Split stone on a backing render is not acceptable as an external finish.

NOTE This permission does not grant a planning permission for the installation of an oil tank within the enclosure. You are advised to submit a separate application for the installation of an oil tank.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
