### The Town And Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005

In pursuance of his powers under the above Act and Order, the **MINISTER** for Local Government and the Environment, following report by the appointed person, does hereby **APPROVE** the application by Mr. and Mrs. M. Fletcher – Demolition of storage building and erection of a garage, Land at Ballalonna Farm, Dalby, Patrick, IM5 3BW, subject to compliance with the following conditions:-

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to drawings numbered SM 06/107/1, -/3, and -/4, date-stamped 18.05/07.
3. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development) Order 2005 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), no garden sheds or garages shall be erected within the site other than the garage authorised by this approval.
