In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby **APPROVE** the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 20th July 2007, subject to compliance with the **conditions** specified below.

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This permission relates to the plans and information submitted as part of this application and date stamped 22nd May 2007.

3. All existing stonework must be retained as such and must not be rendered, painted or similarly treated.

4. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development) Order 2005 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order) no extensions, greenhouses, walls, gates, fences, garden sheds, summerhouses, flag poles, decking, garages, or tanks for the storage of oil for domestic heating shall be erected (other than those expressly authorised by this approval.)

5. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development) Order 2005 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order) no external doors, roof lights or windows shall be replaced (other than those expressly authorised by this permission).

6. The works proposed to the vehicular access must be completed prior to the occupation of the barn conversion hereby permitted.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

### Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

- Any appeal has been determined;

Whichever is the later.
