In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby **APPROVE** the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 16th May 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This permission relates to the demolition of the existing rear annexes and their replacement by new extensions together with the replacement of the existing windows all as shown and described in plans reference 07 0201/01, -02 and -03 all received on 4th April 2007.

3. There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.

4. All new windows in the front elevation of both properties must be sliding sashes with a single vertical glazing bar in each light to match the existing. The windows on the rear elevation may be either sliding sashes or casements as shown in the approved drawings.

NOTE The Fire Prevention Officer recommends that the means of escape from the proposed accommodation is inherently unsafe.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
