### Officer's Report

THE APPLICATION SITE AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT The application site comprises the curtilage of a mid-terrace dwelling located in Victoria Avenue, Onchan. The proposed development comprises of the installation of double doors in the rear elevation of the dwelling. ## ASSESSMENT
