In pursuance of their powers under the above Acts and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you.

Change of use of domestic dwelling to self-catering accommodation, Cooil Coar, Ballaugh Glen, Ballaugh.

which was considered at a meeting held on the 14th January 1994, subject to the compliance with the conditions or modifications specified on the attached schedule, numbered 1 to 1.

1. This building must be used only for residential or tourist accommodation only.

NOTE 1: The Chief Fire Officer recommends the installation of a domestic type smoke detector in the Hallway and a dry powder extinguisher in the kitchen.

NOTE 2: The applicant is advised that any building works must form part of a new application. Any new application must be sympathetic to the guidelines contained within BS 5810:1979 Access for the Disabled to Buildings.
