This approval relates to the creation of off-road car parking in the front garden, as shown in the plan circulated on 16th December 2003 showing the driveway on the western side of the garden, grass and garden retained on the eastern side and a new tree planted in the retained garden area. 2. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice. 3. The driveway must be finished in block paviors. 4. Prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved, the details of the tree to be planted in the grassed area of the front garden shall be submitted to and approved by the Planning Authority and that tree shall be planted within the next planting season.
