## Memomandrum To: Ian McCauley, Director of Planning and Building Control From: Ian Brooks, Planning Officer 24th July 2007 ### Compliance with Conditions – PA 07/00449/B – Conversion of three existing light industry and warehousing units, to a data centre with ancillary offices, Units 3B, 3C and 3D Middle River Industrial Estate, Douglas To consider the submission of details in accordance with Condition 3 of Planning Permission 07/00449/B dated 31st May 2007. Condition 3 stated: Condition 3 stated “Prior to the commencement of works, details of the generators and chillers units to be installed shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the planning authority and thereafter the installation of the units shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.” The applicant’s new agent has provided the necessary details in accordance with the condition. I consider the details to be satisfactory. I therefore recommend that condition 3 be discharged.
