# Suggested Conditions and Notes

If the Inspector is minded to recommend to the Minister that the application is approved, the Department would suggest that the following conditions and notes are attached to the approval notice:

a. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice. b. This approval relates to the submitted documents and drawings 259-01 and 00457/1 received on 9th March 2007. c. The roof must be finished in dark natural slate. d. The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects. e. In the interests of road safety one off-street parking space shall be provided for the guest accommodation.

NOTES:-

1. Applicant is advised to consult with the Fire Safety Department as the proposed layout is inherently unsafe.
