In pursuance of his powers under the above Acts and Order the **MINISTER** for Local Government and the Environment, following report by the appointed person, does hereby **REFUSE** the application by Mr. D. Moore – Approval in principle for the erection of three dwellings with associated roads and sewers, Land abutting Peel Road, opposite The Braddan Church junction, Peel Road, Braddan, for the following reasons:-

The development of the site as proposed would be contrary to –

(a) the extant Braddan Parish District Local Plan; and
(b) the Isle of Man Strategic Plan;

and would be harmful to the character and appearance of the area. Date of Issue: 23rd October 2007. By Order of the Minister
