The proposal is a modest extension to the rear of the property and does not adversely affect the visual amenities of the street scene. The extension would not affect any neighbouring properties. I therefore recommend that planning permission be granted should to conditions.

C 1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

C 2. This permission relates to the erection of single storey rear extension as shown in drawing number DM/07 date stamped 14th March 2007.

C 3. No facing and roofing materials shall be used other than materials similar to those used on the existing building.
