### Reasons For Refusal:

1. The continued display of the advertisement on a prominent corner plot due to is size would be out of character within the locality and would be to the detrimental of the visual amenities of the street scene.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
