In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby **APPROVE** the following application made on behalf of:

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This permission relates to the erection of a canopy as shown in drawing numbers CAP/18, CAP/19 and CAP/20 date stamped 9th February 2007.

**NOTE** The applicant is advised to consult the Fire Safety Department as this type of property falls within the Fire Precautions Act 1975.

NOTE The applicant should note that there is an underground cable which runs directly under the proposed site of the canopy and the Manx Electricity Authority require that either the cable is diverted or the canopy be relocated clear of any cables.

All work to be carried out with reference to Health & Safety Guidance Note HS(G)47.

The Manx Electricity Authority will not accept liability for any costs incurred for the above.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;

Whichever is the later.
