In pursuance of his powers under the above Acts and Order the **MINISTER** for Local Government and the Environment, following report by the appointed person, does hereby **REFUSE** the application by you for Erection of a cattery, Robin Hill Farm, Cronk y Dhooney, Ballakilpheric, Colby, Rushen, for the following reasons:-

The junction of the lane (the U65) and the Ballakilpheric Road (the B44) is seriously sub-standard in terms of visibility to the left when emerging from the lane; to increase traffic movements at this junction, involving drivers who were unfamiliar with its poor visibility, would be unacceptable.
