Planning approval is sought to construct a pitched roof porch and insert a window in the side and rear elevation of Ballabunt Croft, Cooil Road, Braddan.

The property is located within a fairly prominent position adjacent to the A24; however, the proposed alterations are relatively minor and would not detract from the appearance of the dwelling within the streetscene.
