In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 12 April 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. This permission relates to the conversion of the building to three self-contained apartments and a railway station and associated parking all as shown in drawings 01 -08 all received on 26th February, 2007.
2. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
3. Prior to the installation of the lights and rooflights, further details of these features must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Authority.

4. Prior to the occupation of the residential accommodation, the parking spaces associated with this accommodation must be set out as shown in the approved drawings and available for use as indicated.

NOTE PRIOR to the commencement of any works the applicant is advised to consult the Chief Fire Officer to ensure that adequate fire precautions are taken.

NOTE The Applicant's attention is drawn to the recommendations of the Disability Access Officer, a copy of which is attached to this notice.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

- Any appeal has been determined;

Whichever is the later.
