In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 1st July 2008, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

## Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This permission relates to installation of a 20m high monopole with associated ancillary development as shown in drawing numbers DO.E1-01613 Sheet 1 of 1 Rev1.A, DO.P2-30089 Sheet 1 of 1 Rev 5, DO.P2-30089 Sheet 2 of 4 Rev 5, Coverage Maps date stamped 20th March 2008, Declaration of Confirmity with ICNIRP Public Exposure Guidelines dated 15th February 2008, Letter from Arqiva dated 18th February 2008.

3. Within one month of the installation of the mast with antennas and dishes hereby approved, they shall be colour coated in full accordance with details which have been

submitted to and approved in writing by the planning authority. Any replacement or modification shall be colour coated to match within one month of being carried out.

4. In the event of the mast and equipment cabinets erected under this approval becoming redundant it must be taken down along with all ancillary development and be removed from the site within 3 months of cessation of use.

This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

### Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
