PA06 002076 – Mr and Mrs Formby - Conversion of existing lower ground floor car port to additional living accommodation - Ballaquine House, West Baldwin

The Commissioners would recommend to the Planning Committee that the application be approved.

PA06 02085 – Mr and Mrs Lyon - Conversion of barn to a residential dwelling and alterations to existing vehicular access - Little Ballabunt, Braddan

The Commissioners would recommend to the Planning Committee that the application be approved.

PA06 02093 - Cable and Wireless IoM Ltd - Installation of 3 antenna and 6 dishes on existing lattice mast and installation mast and installation of an equipment cabin - Carnane

The Commissioners would recommend to the Planning Committee that the application be approved. PA06 2156 – Mr and Mrs A Beattie - Erection of a dwelling - Land adjoining Knock y Willin, West Baldwin The Commissioners would recommend to the Planning Committee that the application be approved. PA06 2158 - Extension to existing warehouse - Manx Independent Carriers, Snugborough Trading Estate. The Commissioners would recommend to the Planning Committee that the application be approved.

PA06 2166 - Mount Murray Country Club - Installation of French Windows instead of single side window on approved alteration and extension to dwelling - Speke Farm House

PA07 0015 - Cable and Wireless and Cloud 9 Telecoms - Installation of two temporary pump up masts - The Speke, Braddan The Commissioners would recommend to the Planning Committee that the application be approved.

PA07 000019 - Robert and Andrea Brockbanks - demolition of existing lean-to kitchen extension to make way for single storey extension to side elevation of detached bungalow, creating a new lounge and two additional bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms in the loft space – Meadow view, 8 Ellenbrook Drive.

The Commissioners would recommend to the Planning Committee that the application be approved. PA06 01147/B - Conrad Hotels Ltd - Erection of an apartment block consisting seven apartments – Plot 172, Fairways Drive, Mount Murray. The Commissioners would recommend to the Planning Committee that the application be approved.

PA07 00024 - Mr and Mrs J Wild - Formation of new patio door (in existing window opening) extension of terrace/deck and provision of hot tub together with minor internal alterations. - The Field House, Cronkbourne, Braddan.
