### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. This permission relates to the retention of the access which has been created as shown in the plans and photographs received on 9th January, 2007.

**NOTE** The applicant is encouraged to improve the visibility which is available to drivers emerging from the new access onto the Orrisdale Road. However, such works should not result in the removal of trees or significant engineering works which would increase the visual impact of this new driveway.

**NOTE** The Applicant’s attention is drawn to the recommendations of the Disability Access Officer, a copy of which is attached to this notice.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

- Any appeal has been determined;

Whichever is the later.
