The property is a terraced house, set in the middle of a row of houses of varying types with a very staggered building line. ### Planning Status And Relevant Policies The site lies within an area designated on the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982 as Proposed Tourist Accommodation in Parkland. The site has, however been developed such as to now accommodate a large number of private residences. ### Planning History Planning permission was granted for the residential development under PA 92/0212 with a number of variations thereafter. No individual applications have been submitted in respect of this particular plot. ### The Proposal Proposed now is the addition of a conservatory on the rear elevation. This will "square off" the footprint of the property and will be built with a solid wall on the side facing number 56 which is set some way back from the rear of the application property.
