In pursuance of their powers under the above Acts and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of

which was considered at a meeting held on the 10 February 1995, subject to the compliance with the conditions or modifications specified on the attached schedule, numbered 1 to 4.

SCHEDULE OF CONDITIONS Application No. 94/1276

1. This approval relates to plans numbers 94,1-94, 97,4-94, 95,2-94 and 96,3.94 submitted on 12th December 1994 except that amended plans must be submitted prior to the commencement of development for the consideration of and approval by the Planning Committee showing:
(i) a more traditional glazing pattern for the ground floor windows of the barn to be converted to living accommodation.
(ii) more traditionally shaped windows for side elevation of the new garage.

2. All windows must be framed in timber set back a minimum of 15mm on cills and all doors constructed from wood.

3. The north east (front) elevation of the garden store extension and the garage must be finished in a Manx Stone, of colour and texture similar to that of other buildings on the site, and traditionally laid.

4. The newly created accommodation must only be used as accommodation ancillary to the Old Vicarage.
