The present application is an amendment to the approval of the 30th October 2006 PA No. 06/01389/B.

The amendments are as follows:

- Minor internal alterations to the partition layouts.
- The replacement of all existing windows.
- The addition of supplementary window openings to the basement area.
- Alteration to the east elevations to that approved.
- Inclusion of details for the non-illuminated sign.

The use of the building is exactly as previously approved as is the car parking arrangement.

The existing windows are coated galvanised steel which are showing significant deterioration of the surface finish. The existing windows also are mainly fixed lights and are single glazed.

The present application is to replace with matching pattern, i.e. window bar arrangement, but to a higher specification, doubled-glazed and have full inward opening lights. The additional windows shown to the basement area are a combination of reintroduction of blocked up window and new openings. The pattern, finish and specification is exactly as the other windows, apart from them being fixed and having no glass to provide ventilation grilles to the basement area.

The alterations to the east (seaward elevation) are to include matching pattern door or full height window and false balconies.

Details of the proposed signage also forms part of the application.
